This beautiful Frog is gorgeous in any setting. Turn heads by displaying this wall art in your living or entertainment area, on the patio or in a gazebo From US$38.00 / GB£19.00 / EU€24.00 Interesting background information: Frogs are pretty amazing animals, found where there is moisture – either as water or vapor in humid climates – and able to adapt to their physical environment on land or in water. They can swim using webbed fingers and toes, and climb trees when they have claws on the end of their toes. They are able to breathe with lungs and through their skin, thus allowing them to breathe semi-submerged and beneath mud or leaves. Contrary to popular belief that they eat only flies, frogs feed on algae as tadpoles and, as adults, any moving small invertebrates, such as insects, snails, slugs and worms, which they catch with their long, sticky tongues. In breeding season, frogs lay between 1000 and 4000 eggs at a time, usually in shallow, still water. When the tadpoles hatch, they have gills and tails with no other limbs and remain in water. They gradually develop both lungs and legs and the tail reduces until a tiny frog emerges that can move onto land. Environmental pressures and habitat reduction has led to the conservation of most frogs. Click Add to Cart to order this product
