Customer Service:
We are committed to excellent Customer Service and will endeavour to respond to your questions and queries within 24 hours and will make every effort to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Please feel free to contact us at any time. 

Product Information:
Mild Steel sculptures are best suited for dry areas. The powder coating provides good protection but rust to the steel can occur if the sculpture is not kept in the right environment. If the Customer chooses to place their mild steel sculpture in a damp or outdoor environment then car wax should be applied to minimize moisture reaching the steel and limit any damage, however Metal Art Animal cannot guarantee that rust will not occur in these circumstances.
Stainless Steel sculptures are suitable for all environments, including wet and outdoor areas. 

Shipping Details:
All pieces of metal art are made to order and usually take 7-10 days to complete before they are shipped directly from the artist’s workshop. Because of the sizes, shapes and weights of these pieces, items will arrive at your door within 10-25 days after shipping. We offer Express Shipping at your request (at an extra charge) that delivers items to your door within 3-7 days after shipping. Some large or bulky pieces can only be handled by an Express Courier and these are indicated in our catalogue (for these items the Express Shipping has been included in the price and we will not charge you extra). When we deliver your parcels to the shipper this constitutes our delivery to you. Our shipper will NOT accept special delivery instructions other than “Name and Address”. If the Customer provides an incorrect delivery address an additional $30.00 shipper’s fee will be charged to the Customer and the Customer will accept any delays in delivery. The Customer is responsible for all taxes, duty rates, customs and brokerage fees for International orders.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Metal Art Animal offers a 30-day Satisfaction and Return policy. Please note that each piece of metal art is hand-made to order and is unique - slight variations in colour will occur so a true likeness to our photographs will not be exact. If you are not satisfied with your item, please let us know as quickly as possible by emailing us at info@metalartanimal.com. Then return the item to us within 30 days, in its original condition and packaging. Enclose your completed Return Form and Order Receipt, secure and seal, attach the Return Label and send it back to us. We will refund or credit 100% of the item price (please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded).

Damaged Goods:
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check all packages for damage to the item within 48 hours of receipt. If your item arrives damaged, Metal Art Animal offers a 5-day Replace or Refund policy. Please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@metalartanimal.com. We will agree with you whether you would prefer us to Replace the item or provide you with a 100% Refund of the item price (please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded). Either way, return the item to us within 30 days in its original condition and packaging. Enclose your completed Return Form and Order Receipt, secure and seal, attach the Return Label and send it back to us.

Exchanges:
All pieces of metal art are made to order and, from time to time, there may be an unexpected delay. Should this happen, we are committed to keeping you informed and, at our discretion, will offer you an alternative product. Of course you may choose to either accept the slight delay or the item offered. We will agree with you any costs differences to be adjusted.

Payment Terms:
Terms of payment are within Metal Art Animal's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by us, payment must be received by Metal Art Animal prior to the acceptance of an order. Payment for the metal art sculptures and shipping may be made by credit card or some other prearranged payment method. We accept the following Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, Switch and PayPal. Orders are not binding until accepted by Metal Art Animal. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly. Shipping charges are not refundable.
